I had a hard time securing an appointment for the Thanksgiving holiday. After going back and forth over dates and times, I finally scheduled my appoin...tment for Wednesday at 7:00 PM, while Izzy rescheduled it for 7:15 PM. I finished work at 7:00 and was 25 minutes away from the barbershop. When I informed my barber about my situation, his only response was, “Nah bro, that’s too late,” which felt unfair since it was out of my control. Izzy claimed he couldn’t stay late, yet he was the one who rescheduled me to 7:15 PM. I felt disrespected, as if I were just another haircut that could be canceled if he didn’t feel like doing it. I’ve been going to Izzy since 2020, and this lack of consideration, along with the apparent favoritism in the barbershop, has led me to decide never to return. Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! Show more
