I started my locs with her and after 2 months saw no progress. She offered little advice and wouldn't really answer any questions or concerns. When I ...texted her some questions, I didn't get a reply for 4 days. When I asked her again, I got a very passive aggressive text about how I initially contacted her after hours and gave me a poor excuse about why she didn't respond. After a family member questioned the health and progress of my locs, I went to another loctician in town. She was great and very knowledgeable. Sadly, she told me my locs were not managed appropriately and I was not given solid advice about locs. I was devastated because I wasted money for 3 months. While this person does have experience with locs, I question her professionalism and transparency with infirmation. I will not return. Show more

Hey I apologize you feel you didn’t get the service your deserved! I told you that your starter locs were in the “budding”stage meaning they were a stage before loc’n. Then you say I offered little advice when I sent you a full list of all the products that you should’ve been using and something to tie your hair down with so I’m not sure what you mean about little advice because that isn’t true. Also you tried to contact me at 9pm so my apologies again if I don’t have my phone at the dinner table. I’m happy you found someone that fits your needs have a great day and sorry again it didn’t work out!
