Isabel was great! I came in for my very first full set of lashes and I couldn't ask for a better experience. Isabel was very knowledgeable about what ...i was asking for. She showed pictures of past clients, allowing me to choose my favorite. She also explained step by step details on how lash extensions are done. Had to remove all my lashes done by Isabel and get new lashes because the extensions were glued too closely to my lash line and I had irritation on bo...th eyes. I asked Isabel for a possible refund or if she can fix them for me but she just went on defensive mode like she did nothing wrong. I spent more than $150 to just to fix it elsewhere who are more professional at what they do. I will never trust this type of technician again. Show more

Hi van, once again I’m sorry to hear that you were not happy with your service. I didn't feel as though a refund was appropriate because I always triple check my work before I’m done with the service AND you confirmed that your lashes looked great and felt comfortable. Again I’m sorry to hear that you had an irritation to your eyes but as far as I’m concerned I applied your lashes correctly, all of my instruments were cleaning properly and was told by you that everything was great. When you came in you did have a lot of build up on your lashes, that I had to clean off, if you’re still doing the same makeup/ cleaning routine I’d imagine that build up is back and caused some if not most of the irritation you experienced. But I'm glad you found a lash artist that is more to your liking, im not for everyone and that’s okay😊
