The barber who I booked with didn’t show up. He requested that I cash app’d him half the amount of the haircut beforehand just in case I didn’t show u...p. I called the barbershop and they said that they do not do that. I obviously am not trying to get scammed by someone who wants money upfront on a haircut. As long as you are booked through booksy then the appointment is confirmed. Why would I set an appointment the day of and not come in? When I showed up another barber took care of me and was sorry for the mixup on behalf of the other barber. He had great skills and made sure when I left I was looking fresh. That’s all I wanted, and I even tipped 25%. So if you are looking for a great cut, come here. But the whole dilemma with making an account on a third party program and then going through extra hassle of now having to cash app random people through random numbers is way too extra. I scheduled it when I was on break at work, I don’t have time to message random numbers who I am supposed to trust and pay half the cost upfront. Not going to be naming people because I don’t want to start that kind of drama but wanted to leave valuable feedback that you guys can learn from. Thanks. Show more
