If I could give a negative 5 stars I would, unfortunately one will have to do. This is my first experience with LeighAnn at Salt Room and Spa. I had h...igh hopes given the Instagram of LeighAnn, which I believe is probably a fake one utilizing pictures of others that can actually do nails because the experience did not give the expertise of what was on her Instagram. I noted on my reservation link that I had liquid Gel on my nails for the soak off. Upon arrival, she told me she was not familiar with liquid Gel and was looking up how to soak off the gel. I thought to myself this is something you should’ve told me prior to my arrival to the appointment since she called me to confirm that morning, that would’ve been pertinent information for myself to make a decision on whether or not I wanted to continue with the appointment. I am extremely picky about my nails and have tried many other artists here around the area since moving from California. She did her best to remove them by filing since adding acetone foils wasn’t working then decided to do forms. This is where everything went really downhill. At this point it looked like my five-year-old was just playing in acrylic. My nails turned out extremely lumpy. I kept pointing out different areas that needed to be fixed throughout the appointment as well as shape and length, then it came to polish and design, she did not have enough polish of the color I chose so she was scraping the bottle. Lastly, She didn’t have enough time to even finish my appointment because she had to pick up her child at a certain time so at the beginning of the appointment I was on a time limit. I wasn’t even aware of. I have to say this is the worst nail experience I’ve ever had since moving here definitely won’t be going back. I’m glad she discounted it. I really shouldn’t have had to pay for anything but at the end of the day a service is a service but won’t be going back. Show more
