When I showed up to my 1 hour and 15 minute appointment with Vinny he told me we did not have time for my whole appointment, mind you I made this appo...intment two weeks in advanced. Instead he did a VERY terrible quick beard trim, in 30 minutes, which left me very unsatisfied. He did not use shaving cream, shave gel or shave oil. so I have razor burn on my neck, he cut me three times. He did not use any of the products that were listed in the description of the appointment except for after shave and no cold towel for after shave care. All he cared about was my drink option and I am not there for drinks obviously. I told Vinny to not take any length off but he did, months of growth gone! My beard is now three different lengths, very short and very uneven. Vinny described himself as a beard expert, but I did not receive expert services. I cannot account for the other barbers in this shop, but I DO NOT recommend Vinny. Show more

The Experience From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, albeit a bit cozy due to their location within the Palette Collective Coworking space. The decor, featuring a large American flag with service branches listed, clearly caters to military, police, and first responders, adding a patriotic touch to the ambiance. Exceptional Service Dominick, my barber, was the highlight of my visit. His friendly yet reserved demeanor put me at ease immediately. As someone who's hard of hearing, I appreciated his attentiveness and ability to communicate effectively without the need for constant chatter. His precision with both hair and beard was impressive, resulting in a sharp, clean-cut look that I absolutely love. Amenities and Attention to Detail The barbershop offers several luxurious touches: - Hot towels for a refreshing experience - Premium shaving cream and aftershave - Alcoholic drinks and cigars available with select packages (though I didn't partake) The cleanliness of the shop was notable, despite the slightly cramped quarters. Convenience and Value At $55 for the "Distinguished Gentleman" package, the price point feels fair for the quality of service received. The use of the Booksy app for appointments is a game-changer, allowing for easy scheduling and transparent pricing.
