I went and did a perm with Jackie, my hair started falling off. I contacted hair to let her know what was going on. She blocked me. I have since shave...d my hair off. She did not have any professional experience in doing perms and yet she went ahead and did my hair. I will not say anything bitter about her but just so she knows what gies around comes around. What you did to me will be far less than what you will get coming to you. Show more

As always thank you for your business. It’s a fact I have many clients that have relaxers and there hair is long and beautiful because they take of there relaxed hair . I have a blessed clientele that never experienced this. Their hair is health and strong. In your case you have other issues, Medicine, diet etc and your reaching out a month later. Not good . Plus you must take care of relaxed hair which you didn't . If you never had a relaxer before as you stated , you wouldn’t know what to expect. But as for your threat I’m not worried at all. Have a blessed day on your hair journey..
