I understand that my timing doesn’t agree with your schedule and I wish I could make things right. I was so excited for this appointment for my son. We arrived early and no one was there. We waited and waited and no one ever showed up. I called mult...iple times with no answer. We ended up leaving after waiting around for 30 minutes. We came from out of town because the reviews and portfolio lined up with exactly what I wanted. Now my son will not have his haircut for the event we are attending later and I am highly disappointed. Show more
