From the second you open the doors, this Barber is very polite. During my Haircut he was very nice and talkative. My hair cut for $75 though, is a n...ightmare! Barber's today cut your hair based on what's in style with what everyone is doing. This Barber ignored ALL my SPECIFIC REQUEST and gave me a "ME TO" Haircut. Me to: O you got that Haircut? Me to! Not what i wanted at all... and paid him an extra $20 to do what i was asking for in the first place. I gave a $78 Haircut that i HATE. Show more

I’m sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with your haircut. I take a lot of pride in my work and I hate to see a client leave unhappy. I was under the impression that you leaving happy talking about how great it was and originally leaving a 5-star great review that we had accomplished your desired results after asking for more changes to the haircut. I will work for better communication for future clients and I hope you find a barber that suits you best.
