Hi Anonsja, I apologize that there have been delays in your service times and appreciate you recognizing the quality of haircuts I strive for. Appointments are intended to minimize long wait times. However, unforeseen circumstances can arise such as traffic, late clients prior in the day, late school buses etc. I'm always happy to accommodate and would have loved to have resolved this issue prior to your son being serviced. Demanding a free haircut only after completion of the service is not the way to go about that. I did not edge your son per your partners request who inspected and approved the haircut before leaving.
