Starling did a fantastic job and he gets 5 stars. I highly recommend him. He takes his time and does a great job. The reason for the 4 stars has nothi...ng to do with Starling but everything to do with the added “service fee” at checkout. I’m a points and principles person and I definitely do not like surprises when it comes time to pay my bill. I booked the “crown service” it is the best most expensive service they offer at $70. At checkout my bill was over $75 because of an added service fee. Unless I missed it in the “fine print” I was unaware of any added service fees. For me, this one thing is reason enough for me to not go back. It’s not about the added $5 it’s all about point and principle. especially nowadays in this world full of scams and dishonesty… honestly means everything to me. Show more

This was my first visit. I chose Carolina because the website stated that she works on women. I had been using my husband's barber since Covid. He was... good, but the service I received from Carolina was outstanding. Not only was she able to cut my hair based upon a picture I showed her on Pinterest, but she wrapped up my service with shampooing and conditioning. I did not go home with hair clippings all over me and my scalp. The pricing is great. I plan to go back in 2 weeks. Show more
