When we got there, she refused to do my 17-year-old son‘s hair stating that it was too short then she refused to cancel the appointment so that I can ...get my money back and tell me that I need to contact Customer Service on my own she was not friendly at all, and she was not welcoming. I would not recommend her to anybody. This was a horrible Customer Service experience and I booked well in advance.. her place is really really small and congested. It’s cluttered everywhere. We care for our clients' well-being and hair and will not provide a service that will damage your hair.
