    • Semi private training

      Semi private training is a program where up to 4 people work with a dedicated trainer, progressing towards a goal such as weight loss, fat loss, strength or sports specific gains. You can choose 1,2 or 3 sessions per week on top of your choice of unlimited, larger group training sessions. Semi private training is perfect for The simple fact that someone is holding them accountable and coaching them on a regular basis is going to make a huge impact on their performance.
    • Bootcamp

      My bootcamp services are a full body workout that is best done by using Circuit, Tabata and HIIT style of training. Our programs are specifically designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and welcoming atmosphere. Unlike one-on-one personal training, Bootcamp classes are conducted in a group setting where others can help you stay motivated and accountable! Has to be more then 1 person.

      Want a bigger rounder bum and a smaller waist. Well girl grab this booty bible. It is full lower body program done by yourself. This is a gym based program done 3 days a week.
