Very unprofessional. The fact that you thought it was professional to contact me via Facebook messenger by calling me because I rated you a 4 stars is... clearly enough evidence to recant my stars and re rate you as a professional. To be given an ultimatum to change my review or find a new nail tech is considered bullying and intimidation. The fact that you continue to discuss anger issues furthermore defines your ability to stay in a professional position. Ive had a service and gladly left a 5star rating several months ago, as time goes on things and people change and their lack of respect for their clients seem to do the same! I have all but 2 of my nails which is neither here nor there on the topic at hand. Furthermore my opinion of your professionalism is just that my opinion. So if you have so many other clients to attend to dont allow my opinion to continue to get you out of character because eventually the mask you are trying so hard to keep on may fall off. Thank you for your review, which is quite opposite, per your previous rating given of 5stars listed below. However, your 1Star review is mainly in concern w/ a situation that has no substance involving any nail services you have received at Flawless Nails. Sadly, your extremely angry, & seem to have the story confused. You were never given an ultimatum or bullied. That’s not in my character. Also, my clientele is strong so I don’t have to bully ppl to get a 5star rating. I have never asked a client for a review especially 2reviews. All reviews are authentic, besides yours! Moreover, you didn’t have a service rendered or scheduled today, this review page is for current clients that have received new services. This should have been discussed somewhere else. Currently you have all your nails on from your last visit over 3 wks ago. This is honestly an act of defamation to attempt to damage my professional character on your end. You personally attempted to sabotage Flawless Nails perfect rating of 5 Stars, through character assassination by stating “very unprofessional “There were several attempts made on my end to resolve your concerns peacefully, however those were unsuccessful.This seems to be an act of libel. I have great work ethics and only offer great nail services each & every time to all clients that book with Flawless Nails, including you.You may continue with your disgruntled antics. However, In conclusion, you could never ruin or damage Flawless Nails reputation.
