Where is Martine? My last two appointments didn't start on time, and it's always an excuse. The backup ladies are nice, but the wait and quality of se...rvice is not the same when she's not there. What is the point of scheduling on Booksy if your time is not going to be honored? Are you still even using the Booksy app? People schedule appointments because they have things to do. We are not walk-ins. Things happen that's life, but this has become a trend. Two ladies came in after me that had appointments, and the ladies there seemed confused. Everything is so unorganized. One ladies appointment was at 12p. She didn't get service until I left at 2:30p. She was very patient, but that is ridiculous. I was rushed through at the end of my appointment. No gel on my sides, no scissors cut throughout the braids to make sure they didn't look scraggly. Today, my hair looks hideous. I called to voice my concerns and haven't heard back. Until things get back to normal, I will not be spending another dime here. I really like Martine, very sweet and attentive she needs to come back if possible to oversee what she started. Show more

The name of this salon is perfect! Martine and her mother’s hands are blessed. Martine was able to braid my short hair and was able to see me in the... same day that I came by. She and her mother are very kind and sweet people. My hair was beautiful and not painful or too tight. My braids are super neat and she even recommended the perfect size braids and color of hair for my style. This was the best braid experience I have ever had and I have had my hair braided several times over the years. Martine has a forever customer with me.
