Usually my son is able to get a haircut by him and have no issues. Yesterday, my son was scheduled to get a haircut but was a little more scared than ...usual. He had just sat in the chair and started crying - not even 2 minutes in - prince decided it was too much and that I needed to come back - so someone could hold him down - I told him to give me a minute - to calm him but he had zero patience. - We won’t be back because of this. On top of that - he charged us the full amount despite not even getting a haircut. Show more

1. I'm sorry he wasn't in the mood for a haircut yesterday. Unfortunately, I can not cut his hair while he is throwing a temper tantrum. 2. Why would you make a false accusation, and say that I charged you full price? I did no such thing. The app charges a deposit when you book an appt, and that is all your card was charged. $10 3. I simply told you to bring him back when you can sit and hold him still. I don't understand what more could have been done, at that time. Once again, I'm sorry he wouldn't sit down and get his hair cut. And it's always unfortunate when a client isn't pleased.
