I went back to Tommy after venturing off on my own and trying a Little Mermaid red. I wanted to try blue but knew I needed professional help on this. ...I tried an hombre look of blue and ice but didn’t like the way it looked on me--Tommy with no hesitation, found another day for me to come in so he could fix it to what I want with no charge. I ended up doing a dark blue and dark purple balayage. Now, six months later I went back for a trim and to get a mask put in my hair to strengthen it. It’s so beautiful how the blue and purple have lightened over these months. I highly recommend Tommy— ESPECIALLY his scalp massages during the hair wash! Glorious! Show more

I put up a review after my first appointment here with Crystal . What I wrote, unfortunately, was a product of my PTSD rather than any error that Crys...tal did. Not only that, but I texted her at 6 AM and blamed her for just about everything on planet earth. She still was kind and asked me to come back in and made my hair amazing and did not even charge me anything extra! I am signing up for life and recommend you do the same! Show more

I went once before and had a very good cut and experience which is why I didn't give this one star. I booked an appointment the day before at 10am th...rough booksy which requires partial pre-payment for 10am the next day. I waited for 30 minutes for Crystal who never showed up and I left requesting the prepayment be refunded. I got a call around 11 from Crystal saying I must've booked late at night the night before and therefore she didn't see it (which I didn't - I booked at 10am the day before and got confirmation and regardless it shouldn't be an option to book for a time the stylist can't make). She provided a cell phone number which I called and got hung up on. I called the store afterwards since I saw that the booksy credit wasn't refunded and they tried to convince me to keep it as credit instead of refund (but agreed to refund it). Anyways definitely not worth the hassle and would definitely avoid booking through booksy since they obviously don't guarantee appointments despite taking a deposit. Show more
