On 8/6/24 Horrible experience which caused me to take my services elsewhere Courtney has been doing my hair about a year now and has been late to ever...y appointment except 2 this last time she was an hour and ten minutes late she didn’t speak she was so into her phone call that I wasn’t her main concern she did my hair I asked a question got a rude response she continued a 50min convo then left after putting me under the dryer came back to finish my hair I have always allowed her to keep my extra as it’s $125 for a wash retwist and style the deposit is $30 and the balance owed $95 after the services but this time I paid my deposit of $30 and only paid $75 because I never get my hair wash I come washed as Courtney is always late or behind I like to be 1st at 8am or 10am I have learned this stylist is very unprofessional and beat me getting mad for paying for only the services rendered I never ever shorted her she do great work but she takes her clients time for granted this lady texted me 29 minutes before my appointment and still came 10minutes after 9am Please book accordingly with this stylist bc only her time matters she DONT TAKE NOTHING OFF AFTER BEING A HOUR AND 10minutes late if I was that late my appointment would have been cancelled and deposit forfeited Show more

I think we’ve finally found our forever loctician!! She does EXCELLENT work!! This is our second appointment w/ Courtney! From what I can see…She’s a ...hard worker!! She’s consistent, she doesn’t overbook her appointments, stays on schedule and keeps her appointments (no last minute or same day cancellations), which shows me that she values her customers time as much as her own! These new & younger stylist…not so much! Show more
