Medium knotless braids

Initially I went to the address that was listed on the site, which was a house, the house appeared to have no one home, so I checked my Instagram to s...ee if I was at the right place. I had a message from her asking to change my appointment time from 12pm to 1:45pm, I was okay with that, but apparently the address listed on the site was not correct anyway. So I wasted my gas driving to the house at my correct appointment time to only discover that she needed to push the time back 2 hours plus the location. 2:15pm arrives, I show up to the shop, she still is not finished with the client before me. I had my husband drop me off so I’m without a ride. I wait for over an hour before she starts washing my hair, I’m finally in her chair at 3:45, almost 4 hours after my original scheduled appointment. She starts on my hair and is asked by a coworker to assist with one of their clients, I’m asked to sit aside while she helps with that client, which takes almost an additional hour. As a costumer, I’ve never had an experience like this, I’m a very patient person. I’m writing this review to help her see where growth is needed, time is money and a lot of my time was wasted. She did a good job on my hair, but for the time I lost, I won’t be back because that was unacceptable. She has reasonable prices, and good skills, however promptness is key and that alone will make a customer like myself reconsider her services in the future. Best of luck to her on her professional journey. I still left her a tip, simply because I realized that she was exhausted and braiding hair is a hard profession, I see that and respect it! Show more

I loved my hair Summer. I’m not from around here and saw her on Facebook and decided to give her a try. I’ve tried other shops and they were not even ...as good. All my parts were neatly done and that was a big plus. I would recommend summer for your hair needs. She’s learning and did better than the people that claimed to have done this for a while.
