I needed my roots touched up and my regular hairstylist was on vacation. We are new to the area so I went with the reviews having passed Dye Salon whe...n visiting. Stephanie did an amazing job of color matching. I loved the conveniences of booking an appointment online and paying and tipping with cash or credit card. The price was very reasonable and the result great! Show more

I was hopeful with all of the positive reviews visiting this salon for the first time but I am really not happy with the haircut I received. Stephan...ie was nice and engaging while I was there and seemed to listen to what I was looking for in my haircut at the beginning, but I felt rushed out the door at the end as her next appointment was already there, even though my cut wasn’t over the 45 timeframe. She didn’t really make sure I was happy with the cut just handed me a the mirror and said what she did. Mainly I am not happy with the layers as they are very blunt cut and are not blended well and I have a medium length lob that she evened out in the front so it’s not really a lob cut anymore. I only asked for a trim of about an inch and she took off a lot more than that in the front. It’s ok and I can wear it up till it grows out but for the money it should be better than just ok. I am so relieved to have found Stephanie, a true gem, a natural and a professional. Dye salon (Stephanie) is my new hair home, she really does go all ...the way to make sure you’re happy. The atmosphere is relaxing and I personally enjoy the fact that it is not a loud, overcrowded salon. I love my new look and I would recommend Stephanie to anyone who has hair!
