Had two appointments booked, one at 1pm(for me) and one at 145pm(for my father). We get there at 1255pm and the door was locked. We waited until 110pm... and called the shop and no one answered. The lights were on and the open sign was on. We went to In The Cut down the street and got a great haircut! Show more

I took my son in at 330 for his scheduled appointment. I was told Freddy never showed up for work. I asked if we could wait. The barber that was there... said that the were 4 people ahead of us even with our appointment. No offer of rescheduling or anything. I understand being short staffed and I sympathize but there are ways to make it right and no effort was made to make it right. 😔 Show more
