The blowout and straightening was nice but not as straight as my hair can be. I have thick curly 3c hair and I left with the roots a little puffy. Not... my best or worst experience but I decided to try this shop because my regular stylist is on vacation. I recommend if you have thinner/less curly hair though. Service is always good and I enjoy the complimentary drinks, but if you want to make an appointment with the stylist you must also call the shop to confirm with the stylist how many clients she has. The appointment on Booksy doesn’t mean anything when the hair stylist has her own list of clients for the day. So, just call and check in with hairstylist to see how many people are ahead of you.
