I sent a message when booking the appointment and was never responded to. I arrive at my appointment stylist was late and proceeded to inquire if i br...ought the hair with me. The appointment i booked said "with hair". Jamie was not apologetic at all and I think ultimately she just didn't want to do my hair. She told me to order the hair on Amazon.com and call her when I get it. I had taken the day off of both of my jobs to get my hair done. All i can say is I am completely disappointed. Thanks for the experience. Show more
