Booked a service and arrived 5 mins early. Apparently, the first client of the day, and stylist arrived a few minutes late. Also, she had to heat up t...he wax, which took 10-15 minutes. Kept saying that she didn't leave it on overnight. That's understandable, but then you need to get there 15 mins before your client to be ready. Show more
