The staff were not all that welcoming when I first arrived, but the person who did the beard trim was nice enough when I got in the chair. The beard t...rim was overpriced for the quality of service received, and it was requested I pay through Venmo or Zelle instead of using my debit card. I dont think I'll be a repeat customer. They used to be great. Apparently they make enough money they can start treating customers badly. Had an appointment for 430. I was on time and checke...d in. I was asked to wait a few minutes. 10 minutes later a gentlemen walks in and is greeted. He said he is very early for his 5pm appointment and doesnt mind waiting. One of the other two employees who were sitting around gets up and has the 5pm appointment sit down and goes to work. I waited another 5 minutes for my 430 appointment and then left. There are plenty of other good places to get a haircut and I would recommend all of them over this place. Show more
