Set my appt a week in advance for 8am. I specifically said while booking to let me know if we need to do a later time & got no response. Then day of, ...I arrived on time and the stylist didn’t bother showing up until 9am- as I was literally in my car about to leave. The whole time I was waiting, along with 3 others, all we were told was “oh she’s on her way”. (& mind you, she wasn’t even the one to begin doing my hair). It also would’ve been nice for them to stick to the inspo pic & actually hand me a mirror to see the style before being required to pay. And while booking, I asked to get curls added in - I was told you have to bring them. That is a lie !!! I saw multiple people come in empty handed and still get curls added. 0/10 experience, very UNprofessional establishment, second AND last time I will ever go there. Hope this helps -xo Show more

Worst shop ever. Laughed at the fact I walked in with a pixie wanting micros. Claimed they couldn't use 100% human hair for micros. So I went to anoth...er shop 10 minutes away and she did the same hair style with the same hair and was done within 6 hours. Paid her $250 just because she was great with customer service and I was a walk-in. Show more

I love my hair and the owner is nice but the woman with the blue crocs with a low cut hair with hat on was rude she told the person that was helping b...raiding my hair that i move too much first off im very tender headed so i was tensing up but im not tender headed in the middle of my head so i was tensing then secondly when you been sitting in the chair for almost 7 hours of course you gonna move a little bit to get comfortable that was very rude to say in front of your customer i almost said something but I kept my mouth shut because i know how i can get and didn't wanna cause a scene. My appointment was at 9:00am I wasn’t serviced until a few minutes after 10 am due to the braider unaware of my scheduled appointment through the app.... Once in the chair getting serviced braider ate occasionally behind me so I smelled onions the whole 3 hours I was there. Then, once time to pay on the website says $140 but was charged $160 for my style not sure why prices on site say 140 and up if you’ll be up charged anyway. Overall braids were nice but, I didn’t enjoy my experience like I should have. Show more
