I just recently moved to Jacksonville and have had a rough time finding a barber who can cut Asian hair. I decided to pay The Art a visit after lookin...g at the haircuts from the portfolio page. I ended up booking with Tom and am so glad I did. He took some time at the beginning of the haircut to talk me through my expectations and what his plans for my cut would look like.
