Let me just start by saying that from the moment that I walked into this lounge,I was impressed. From the Decor to the music in this place was on poin...t. I felt so at home, I literally kicked my feet up in the couch. Now let’s get into the service: I was greeted with the warmest welcome and little conversation by Don and Deanne. If you are someone with locs like myself, you will be very impressed by this woman’s hair. That’s when I KNEW I was in the right place (insert praise dance here 💃💃💃💃). I started my locs myself and never had anyone put their hands on my scalp in 3 1/2 years. When I got my hair washed and I felt that cool breeze hit the top of my head, whatever the hell this Deanne washed and conditioned my hair with made me feel like I ate a York peppermint patty (That’s for those that knows about the commercial). Deanne and I had the coolest conversation about everything. It was like when you ask your sister to wash your hair and all you do is talk and laugh. By the time I knew it, she was done and I was ready to book my next appointment.(which will be in the next 8-12 weeks 😂). Deanne and Don, thank you so much for the most amazing experience. I wish you nothing but success and blessings. If you want a five-star experience, this is the place to go. Don’t say I don’t tell you because you are definitely missing out!!!! Show more

Unfortunately, for the second time the stylist was a no show for the set appointment time. Although they were willing to work with me for a later time..., it doesn’t negate the time I had set for my day. ‘My hair is very long and it takes 2 to 3 hours to finish the job. I excused the first time, but this time I had to find someone else to do my hair, which was done at the set appointment time. I was very disappointed. Show more
