The communication was great, but the scheduling kept getting changed due to there being only one braider. The neighborhood was not favorable, and I di...d not see a store front, so I decided to forfeit my deposit and chose to go with another provider in my area. I felt mislead by the advertisement as it appeared that the service would’ve been performed out of an old apartment, not a shop/salon. Show more
