I’m currently on a healthy hair growth journey. The service I received was a wash, deep conditioning and trim. Customer service was on point, she had ...another client in the chair once I arrived, but that wasn’t an issue at all, why: 1. She texted me 1hr before my appointment to let me know she was running about 15 minutes behind and 2 once I got there I waited all of 3 minutes and my service began. Absolutely loved the courtesy of communication and keeping me looped in. We talked at length about how to achieve my healthy hair goals. She was so knowledgeable, provided a recommendation on how we partner together to make it happen and gave recommendations on healthy hair products to use. Also just an overall pleasure to be serviced by this kind and experienced hair stylist, 10 out of 10 experience definitely recommend and will be back!! Show more
