If I could I’d rate 3.5. 1) I’m thankful he squeezed me in. However, I’m a paying customer, so we’re helping / supporting each other. 2) Super aggres...sive when washing. He was pulling and yanking ONLY THE LOWER LEFT side of my hair. After a few times of saying ouch, he softened a bit. But, then back yanking that one side when rinsing my hair. 3) While I was under the dryer, he started doing a whole other person hair! From wash, to blow dry, to trim, to flatiron and whatever else. Then have the nerve to walk past me, trying to look my way on the low. And he knows I’m pissed. On this website, my appointment totaled max 90 minutes. I was under the hot neck burning dryer close to an hour. Starting another client service during initial client like they’re invisible is unacceptable, disrespectful and unprofessional! 4) Here’s the icing on the mf cake yall. For the sake of even tipping him ONLY because he squeezed me in same day, went to go get change for his tip. I left that room with my bag on the chair, I come back and it’s been moved to the waiting chair. IDK WHO TF RAISED YALL BUT IT’S EVIDENT THAT YALL ARE DISGUSTING PEOPLE. WHOEVER DID IT, THE HAIRDRESSER OR THE SNOTTY OLD BRITTLE HAIRED UGLY BASTARD WHO DID IT! YOU SHOULD BE MAD AT, HIM NOT ME! If she was smart, she would’ve gotten up when I did, and I’d happily move my own belongings MYSELF. I don’t touch nobody else belongings, and I do expect people to not touch mines! 5) For the price of $120 for a freaking press and curl including tip, I PROMISE YOU GOD strike me down if I’m wrong, IT IS NOT WORTH IT! I’d appreciate it greatly if he had shown me my length before and after, especially if I’m a new customer. DUH! My hair was longer before my trim, but it looks like a cut. My curls were made quick and loose after I described to him the type of curls that I desired. He didn’t comb them out or style them whatever, just horrible honestly. The room was very intense when I left and I only said a few words, but that spoke for itself. 6) I try to support these black businesses… but with an environment like this, and given poor service I CAN guarantee that I’ll never fkn ever be back. You reached out for an appointment and the time slot wasn’t available…me being nice because you said you had a funeral to attend i squoze you in…a “squeeze in” means exactly that im working you in while also getting my clients that actually have appointments booked serviced as well.so NO my client that had an appointment wasnt going to wait....your treatment was processing and i started her because she was there at her appointment time and i knew i had time to get her prepped while you were under the dryer.everyone works differently but im not going to make someone wait until im completely done with your hair to start getting my client prepped.YOU had and attitude and nasty disposition about yourself the moment you thought someone was being put infront of you..which didnt happen ..as far and your trim you explained that you had layers that you didnt like and hadn't had a trim in a lonng while and I told you I was going to trim and clean everything up. you requested curls and asked did I do different types of curls I said no not really Everyone’s hair curls differently depending on the cut ,layers,fullness and thickness..ALSO there is no need to be rude to any of my clients with the NAME CALLING because no-one was rude to you I MOVED YOUR BAG.because why would you sit your big book bag in my chair while going to get change when I have a client waiting to get her services finished and there are 2 chairs in my suite and a table that you can sit your things.THAT WAS RUDE.
