Thank you for your review and honesty, I'm sorry you're experiencing this and it also baffles me as well, I assure you I'm taking efforts to make sure this doesn't happen again, including throwing away and buying any equipment that could cause any irritation or cause cross contamination. I take pride in assuring I clean all my tools, and use disinfected combs. Upon review of my tools I found one of them had caused a small cut on myself and this could have led to cause this local irritation on your nape.
