I liked that she explained every product that she was going to use and made me feel good because I told her that I don’t use gel on my locs and she co...nfirmed that if I don’t want the products she has, it’s okay because it’s what makes me feel comfortable. Also, she used a wax that wasn’t suffocating or turns white or flakes. the products she showed me feel good in my hair and scalp and her work is VERY crisp. She did my first retwist. She wasn’t obnoxious or rude or anything. She did her thing. I’ll be returning in a few months for another retwist! Show more
