I was a long time client of Chelsea .. she always does amazing work. However, she was moving out of state & I knew she was moving but she was suppose ...to be moving end of the school year. She proceeded to start my process of Ombré powder brows .. I was suppose to go back for a 2 week touch up & she texted me the day before telling me her needles didn’t come in time & she was hopping on a flight & could see me 6/15 when she got back which again was fine. She made me an appointment I got the notification. On the 15th I texted her in the morning letting her know I might possibly be running behind, no response. I called no answer. I arrived to my appointment on time, leaving work early & noticed the building was locked & everything turned off. I called her again NO ANSWER. I then went to look on fb & started to realized she moved. Here I am, my brows are halfway shaded & to make another appointment with someone else I’m being charged $309 because they have to go over what she did not finish. I am very disappointed not to mention I paid her $239, $160 deposit & $79 after .. she did refund me $75 but that’s nothing compared to what I paid. Being a long time client again I am very disappointed & I feel robbed. Amazing work, but I would NOT RECOMMEND ! Show more
