I was offered snacks and mimosas as I waited until the chair was ready for me. An appointment at the Pink Haus is like having bonding time with your girl friends. No, I don’t know the estheticians that work there personally but it was genuine conversations, laughter and music to match the vibes. I went in on a Thursday for lashes and eyebrow tint and wax because I had an event that Sunday. During the time of my appointment, the customer servic...e was great and I loved how my lashes and eyebrows turned out. I actually received many compliments. However, by Saturday a cluster had fallen off and I contacted the business to see if it was possible to get it fixed on Sunday. Unfortunately, I was told that the business is closed on Sundays and was advised to put the cluster back on myself (if I knew how to do that I wouldn't have paid for the service). By Sunday, more clusters had fallen off, and I reached out again because I had an event that day, and the response given implied that I was the reason why the clusters were falling off (lack of proper care) and to go back in on a Wednesday (after my event). I completely understand that businesses have hours for a reason and other obligations come up, but it was disappointing the lashes did not last between Thursday and Sunday. Maybe the business can implement a process for emergency services in case something like this happens again. Show more

Not sure if the reason your cluster service did not last for that I apologize. But like many people the service providers do have families, lives, obligations outside of work the 6 days a week they work. Your situation could have been handled with a touch up and a complimentary next service. But we thank you for your opion and feedback.

I came in for brows and lashes, first time customer and I really wanted to be as happy as others seem with their service unfortunately I wasnt My brow...s were great, really no complaints. I also liked my lashes but unfortunately after two days 5 clusters had fallen out. I made sure to be extra careful with them but they were just coming up randomly. I tried reaching out via text and email to find a solution and unfortunately never received a response. Paid for a service that didn't even last to my kids graduation day. They were friendly at time of service but lower rating due to customer service experience afterwards. Show more

Showed up to an empty building and was was waiting for the tech to show up. I figured they was running late and I was trying to be patience. No one sh...owed up and I messaged the Instagram site after about 15 mins of waiting and then they decided to finally cancel my reservation. Shitty business practices instead of rescheduling, the Instagram site continued to say the time I messaged them was the time that I arrived. I will chalk it up, clearly they needed the $35 since the books was wide open on a holiday weekend for scheduling. Show more

You showed up at 9:47 to an empty building because you’re appt was at 9:30 and our grace period is 10 minutes. Your tech was waiting for you PAST your grace period and left because her time is valuable as well not just yours. As you mentioned earlier it is a holiday weekend, so she chose not to exercise staying ADDITIONAL time past your already exhausted grace period. If you had chosen to be punctual like your tech did this situation could have been avoided. Bad customer service doesn’t equate to customer having to deal with the consequences of their tardiness. So for this we will take one star. Thank you for your patronage 😊
