Hello ma'am. First and foremost, I would like to inform you that everything I post is 100% all my work. You came to me and asked me to braid you something very simple because they were foundation braids for under your wigs. I asked you all the questions necessary to fulfill your request. You even stated that I asked all the right questions. I didn't use much gel because you asked not to. I also told you I would not use so much tension in the front because it was very fine, and I was not trying to break your baby hairs. The back of your hair was very well gripped. But not so aggressive to cause breakage. If I was braiding you light handed, I'm unsure why you're stating that you have a lot of hair come out. I always do my best on each client and take much pride in my work! I do apologize that I was not someone who fulfilled up to your expectations. I did everything you asked for. We can't please everyone, and that's ok. Best of luck, and I hope you find a braider for you.
