I’m not one to leave negative reviews, or reviews at all for that matter. However, I was extremely disappointed with my first experience at Carlely Na...il Studio. The ladies were so sweet and definitely cared about their work. My initial complaint is that my appointment was scheduled at 9:45, my nail tech arrived a few minutes late (no more than 5 min), totally not a big deal, as I’m usually running late myself. However, I booked a gel acrylic fill and a pedi, the process of getting my nails done was so wildly painful, and did not finish until 12:30, at that point, I was out of time to get a pedicure, and honestly ready to leave. 3 hours for a fill is not normal. I do think the nail techs are talented, but there is a lack of attention to detail. Several of my nails are noticeably different in shape and length, to the point that even my husband noticed it, which I feel like really says something lol. Overall, I had high hopes that I’d found my new nail spot since I’m new to the area, and I really would go back, maybe I just didn’t have the right nail tech. Show more
