Allowed me to book an appointment and the shop was closed with no visible notice of closure. Waste of time and gas! To add insult to injury, this book...ing was made days in advance and approved. No communication to state sorry we are closed for the holiday but at 10am a text that the shop is closed after my appointment was an hour prior. At 7pm another text why a bad review. Very simple; communication, organization, and understanding of your platforms being implemented to simplify business flow. Block off your calendar if closed, overview your calendar days in advance, empathize by apologizing for your lack of organization and delayed informational point of contact to prevent customer frustration and inconvenience due to your lack of understand of AI. Recently moved to the area and needed a last minute wash and set. I was able to book an oppointment online and was in the chair within 2 minutes upon ...arrival. I have course yet thin hair due to chemicals, so choosing a new salon has always been a dreadful expericence for me. The first lady was very sweet, washed my hair and added the rollers while the owner actually flat ironed my hair. The owner was curious if it was my first time and gave me additional details of their services and we had some laughs. I will definitely be adding this salon to my routine. Thanks so much! Show more

Rude and unprofessional....haircut is $25 ...they want to charge $55 to wash a blow....my hair wouldn't have even been chin length.

Los precios si son diferentes a los que ...muestran en el enlace de hacer citas lo cual me parece un poco deshonesto ya que no tod@s los clientes que se presenten tendrán la posibilidad de ser presentados con precios más elevados de lo cual se les ofrece al agendar la cita. Terrible customer service. Don’t book this salon they do not honor their appointments and spoke so rudely to me, even when I walked in and greeted the...m with a smile. I set my appointment three weeks prior to coming in today. When I entered the worker looked at me and said we are closed I mention I had an appointment and it was confirmed and they told me no we are closed. I even tried calling the day before and morning of my appointment to confirm with them and no one answered. When I asked her what should I do in the future since I booked an appointment and tried calling she said just book an appointment for an earlier time. I stated that they should change their work hours and not allow appointments or accept if they will not honor it. And she just gave me a stank face and said we are closed. So I walked out very disappointed and dissatisfied with their customer service. Show more

I... was greeted with a smile and received such wonderful service! They are all so accommodating, kind, and professional. The salon is clean, bright, and just an overall friendly atmosphere.
