My first experience was wonderful. My experience yesterday was subpar. It was a gel manicure and it took extremely long. The person working on my nail...s seemed a bit new which is fine but I asked for a certain color for the design about 3 times and he still almost put white. I don’t feel like the job was professionally done. My base is unfinished as he could not complete the French tip and kept wiping it off. I ended up with a sheer base and 3 designs that another lady had to come and do. I did not come with an inspiration picture but I wanted brown French tips and a cute pumpkin on the ring finger. I did not leave with what I wanted and I paid $50 + 10 tip for something that looks like I did it myself. I also had to tip more than I wanted because he had to call somebody else over to do the designs. And she did such a good job I couldn’t just not give her anything. I really liked the salon concept and that everything could be done here all at once but I do not think I will be back. The head of one of the designs is already fallen off too. Show more

Not friendly, very slow. They took 3 hours to do a BASIC pedicure and a BASIC manicure, the girl kept messing up and having to remove the polish, she ...did not seem to care at all. She did a poor filing job that I had to point out to her to fix several times. Show more

I had a Spa Pedi yesterday by who knows as she didn’t introduce herself to me. She was on the young side however probably in her 20’s. I’m not sure if... it was inexperience or wanting to speed through my service to get another client but she cut my cuticle. I’ve been getting pedicures for over 20 years now and this was the first time I was legitimately afraid that my technician would cut me with the SPEED that she was cutting. So said so done! She didn’t acknowledge that she cut me but she took the towel and absorbed the blood that SHE HAD TO SEE. Today my toe is hurting me and tender when touched and I’m praying I don’t get an infection as I’ve never been cut during a pedicure so I’m unsure what the consequences will be. Needless to say I will not return to this salon. It was my first and last visit. Show more

This time as u...sual I was booked with Lisandra but she was swamped at my appointment time and was placed with Claudia. The set I am rocking right now are amazing thanks to her! The nail shape and length are one of the best done and the design is simple but cute just like I wanted. Most likely I’ll be booking with Claudia more often even though Lisandra and Dailin are still always go-to technicians. Show more
