She reached out upon booking to confirm my 7:30 a.m. appointment (before ...the salon opened), and to ensure she could answer any questions and understand my expectations for the service. Her responses were timely and highly professional. The day before, she confirmed the details and let me know she would be looking out for me upon arrival. I was greeted at the entrance, and once seated, she made personalized recommendations based on my skin type and desired results. Dan'Yel explained every step of the process, frequently pausing to ensure I was satisfied. Although I mistakenly booked the service for the wrong day (which was entirely my fault), I was so impressed with both the results and the overall experience that I’ve already scheduled another appointment with her for Thursday!
