Booked my son a appointment for a lining, appointment had to be confirmed by the barber which is was confirmed got to the address listed the building ...is locked ok cool there’s a directory I’m constantly ringing and ringing the bell no answer I would think at some point he would come out to see if his appointment arrived he didn’t got in the building by someone ig who work there got in and no one’s there called the contact number and it goes to vm why would you confirm and have plp pay deposits if you aren’t gonna do the job exactly why I hate paying deposits that’s terrible no point of contact what so ever never even called or texted about the appointment terrible first experience unacceptable! DO NOT RECOMMEND Show more
