My son’s appointment was for 3:00pm. We arrived at 2:50pm. One of the guys said hello when we walked in and then we sat down. Travis was already worki...ng on a gentleman when we walked in. We sat until 3:25pm before someone said something to us. One of the other barbers came over and asked who my son’s appointment was with, I told him Travis and him and another barber looked at the time and laughed. I took it as they were laughing at Travis for being so behind. Shortly after 3:30pm he called my son’s name. Unfortunately I then had to leave to run and pick up my other son from school. I had to call my mom to go to Daks so that someone was there when my son’s hair cut was finished. The haircut looked fine from what I saw when he got home. I understand things get crazy and sometimes a barber may be behind schedule but it was disappointing that Travis or someone else didn’t communicate the situation. It is already difficult to get an appointment after school that doesn’t conflict with extra curricular activities. Hopefully this was just a one time thing. Show more

Ryan listened well to what my grandson wanted and did his best to provide the cut Jameson wanted. $30 is rather high--twice what other local shops ch...arge. But it seems Daks has like plenty of clients nonetheless. Show more
