Grateful for you taking the time to give your feedback. Just a few things to take in about your experience. You scheduled an appointment on Saturday and failed to communicate that you were unable to make your scheduled service time. You never showed up. Monday showed your name for service. You made this appointment. There was no communication about the no call/no show policy at anytime. It is stated here on the Booksy app. So, YES, you did & will be charged according to your ability to schedule yourself or communicate if you need an exception. Hope to see you again soon.
