Roo cuts good hair - no question. I have had two appointments with him Saturday AM at I think 10a…maybe 11; both times I got a text saying he woul...d be late. The wait wasn’t too bad - he was 10 minutes late for the first and maybe 5 for the second. He seemed rushed on arrival and I got the sense he may have rolled out of bed and jetted straight in. He rolled in carrying his light and kit; he forgot his spray bottle…he wasn’t ready to work. I would expect the barber to be there and ready to work if they expect me to make an appointment and be respectful of their time. Not a great experience…but the cuts were good! Show more
