We appreciate your feedback! The boys’ haircut rate applies to ages 10 and under with a shorter appointment time. Since your teenager received a skin taper, the standard pricing applied. Booking the wrong service can create unnecessary stress and disrupt the barber’s schedule. Thanks for understanding!
