Appointment was at 10am. NIK texted me @ 9 asking to push to noon. Ok. Then @ 11:30 and as I’m heading out the door he texts again asking to push to 1...2:30. I already don’t like the way my time is being played with but what am I gonna do, so fine. I get there at 12:30, text I’m looking for parking on the street since they don’t have a lot. He responds “Same”. But I was in the shop by 12:35 and he didn’t walk in until 1 o clock. Huh? He walked in, I’m sitting in his chair. I’m a new customer so I didn’t know who he was walking towards me…didn’t greet me at all. Just walked up behind me to his station. I realize it’s him so I turn around and ask, “Are you Nik?” “Yeah, I appreciate your patience.” Like such a weird start to the whole thing. Not very good customer service at all. And by that point I’d been sitting there so long I had to leave and go put more money in the meter! The cut came out pretty decent HOWEVER. I asked for a razor lineup but he did it with the clippers and sliced and diced me. Pics of proof. Idk if this is what passes for “master” barbering these days but I can’t recommend and wouldn’t return. Show more
