Jude has cut my hair for almost 5 years now and he is a great barber however, he is not consistent with respecting the time of my appointment(s). Whe...n I schedule my appointment, I expect to be in the chair at the time of my appointment. Now, I understand that sometimes I may have to wait 5-10 minutes because he’s finishing up with another customer, but I am usually waiting at least 30/45 minutes to get in the chair. A simple shape up that should take no more than 20 minutes will usually take 1+ hour. I recently scheduled an appointment for 11am and he did not show up until 12pm. Unfortunately, there have been multiple instances over the years where I have waited more than hour because of whatever excuse Jude has. The lack of urgency is prevalent and the disregard for my time is apparent. This overall experience has been frustrating because I try my best to show up on time and yet that’s not reciprocated considering I’ve been a loyal customer for years. This review is solely for the barber that is named Jude. I don’t know about the other barbers but the other barber that I met he seemed very cool and ...was nice and he gave his customer a good haircut, but Jude I had a 9:30 AM appointment and he rescheduled it to 10:45 didn’t even notify me but OK cool whatever I’m still gonna make it in time for work, but now 10:45 comes I see nobody inside the shop is still closed mind you they open at 9:30 AM, online it is promoted that they are open 9:30 AM and I’m stil not mad still waiting, he tells me that he’s going to reach 15 minutes and it is 11 AM when he says that so I am expecting him to reach 11:15, but there’s a chance that he still reaches 11:30 and I would still be fine with it. Someone shows up I assume that it was Jude he gives another guy a haircut I was confused because I was Jude first customer, but I didn’t say anything then I found out it wasn’t even Jude that was at the shop so now I’m surprised because he told me 15 minutes and now it’s been an hour and 15 minutes and he still didn’t show up all I’m saying is that the other dude is cool, but for Jude he has no regard or care for his customers or well for me at that time he didn’t. I’m happy for the people that gave him good reviews when they got their cut, but I couldn’t even get a cut because he was so inconsiderate. At least keep it real with me if you coming or not, people go through things in life but as a grown man damn well in his 40s could update his customer on the time he was going to arrival and instead lies. He’s weird but try him if you want. Show more
