He comes highly recommended and I believe Sammy is a wonderful barber for short hair. I made the mistake of taking my son there who had beautiful curl...s we grew out for 5 months to do a specific hair style. I ask first and for most " do you know how to cut curly hair?" The response was "YES". I also showed Sammy a picture of what I wanted. We want the front long and the back shortened a little. I Mentioned that my son is a musician and we want to maintain the long hair curls just even it out and taper the sides. With all confidence I allowed him to do his thing. Well we didn't get what we wanted. My son is on the autism spectrum so he didn't say a word. What we have is a completely opposite. Long in the back and short in the front. Now for the 4 gigs he has this holiday weekend he has to were a hat. Everyone knows that when you wet curly hair, you cannot cut it really short it's going to scrunch up. I blame myself for NOT microwave managing the hair cut. I absolutely hate his haircut. I went home to try and do something with it but it to late. The front curls are wayyy too short. Now we have to purchase many hats until it grows out again .. not ok. I added a picture of the morning before I took him to get the haircut. The photo of what I wanted and the result. Show more
