Great shop! The shop is very open and clean and I have loved my haircut each time I have gone. However, it’s much more expensive than any of the other... shops in town, and if you make an appointment be prepared to wait because I have yet to be seated at my specific appointment time. The first time I waited 30 minutes. The last time I waited 45 minutes! That’s a big No, No in my book. The customer’s time is just as important as the Barber’s time and it should be respected. RESPONDiNG to Back Bones Cuts response to the above review: The #1 rule in business is the customer is always right. Instead of getting mad and telling the customer to go else wear, how about apologize for the time delays and tell the customer you will try to do better in the future. If the customer is getting to their appointment on time, then the Barber should be on time; it doesn’t matter how good that one barber is. That is being Professional. Everyones time is important and maybe, just maybe, your customers have another appointment to meet after the haircut. Think about that. Show more

Showed up with an appointment and he claims Booksy still does not work and has yet has to fix the issue he’s having with it even though he claimed it’...s been an issue for months. Didn’t even offer an apology for the inconvenience or any solutions going forward. Such a waste of time. Show more
