Thank you for reaching out, We are sorry to hear that we couldn’t honor your appointment time. Unfortunately it was booked on one of our busiest time of our year which is back to school. All barbers were on board and fully booked, while running behind we tried to make each and everyone of our clients happy. We are professional team and will not rush someone’s appointment to get in another client in our chair, Next appointment we’ll do better with attending you on time
